Hello, love!
I'm Sophie Grieser, a 19 year old tea enthusiast, hopeless romantic, sweater collector, musical lover, sock hoarder and bookworm. I am in my freshman year New York University at Tisch School of the Arts to double major in drama (musical theatre) and journalism. This blog will focus lots on my life as I transition from living in a small town in WA state to life in the heart of NYC.
I started writing from a young age, but found my love for journalism and blogging only recently as the Editor-in-Chief of my high school's newspaper. From that point on, I knew that writing would be a part of my future no matter what. Additionally, I am extremely passionate about musical theatre. In my spare time, I read YA novels, watch Netflix with a cozy blanket, blog and drink excessive amounts of tea.
In this blog, I hope to be able to share my journeys of finding everything from confidence to the best pizza place in NYC. Even though I felt like I was on top of the world after high school graduation, it's important to realize that I'm still not done growing or learning - in this next chapter of my life, I will continue to find myself and come into my own as a person, and I hope you'll join me!
